Your mission
As an Owner Payments Administrator, your mission is to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of owner payments across multiple Awaze brands. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting compliance, and delivering a high-quality service experience to our property owners. Working in a dynamic, hybrid environment, you’ll combine strong administrative expertise with a proactive, problem-solving mindset to continuously improve processes and uphold the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
Own and deliver the accurate and timely preparation of owner statements and payments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payment processes align with contractual terms and deadlines
Analyse and improve payment workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Maintain and administer Non-Resident Landlord Tax records in line with HMRC requirements
Manage and update owner records, including bank details, VAT statuses, and debtor accounts
Apply manual adjustments to owner accounts where required, ensuring full accuracy
Support testing and regression testing for system updates and new developments

We’re looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong system skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel (basic formulas), and ideally Salesforce or similar platforms
A structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
A proactive and collaborative approach to getting things done
Bonus points if you have experience working with financial processes or payment administration
How you'll make an impact
Own and deliver accurate owner payments in line with agreed timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant payment operations
Improve and maintain efficient processes for managing owner financial data
Support system enhancements through testing and feedback
Contribute to maintaining high service standards and owner satisfaction
