Environmental & Social
At Awaze, we take our social and environmental responsibilities seriously. Our team organises local clean-up events and other sustainability initiatives. We also support our chosen charities through fundraising and donations — including sponsored runs, charity raffles, bake sales and markets. ESG isn’t just a policy for us — it’s part of our culture and something we’re proud to live out every day.

Paid Volunteering Days
Our Volunteer Day Policy provides Awaze team members with the opportunity to take a day’s paid leave to support the charity, hospice, hospital, school, place of worship, community group or environmental initiative of their choice.

Growing our 'Women in Tech' network is a strategic priority at Awaze. From school visits to charity partnerships and internships, we’ve been working hard to empower the next generation of women in tech and strengthen our 'Women in Tech' community at Awaze.

The Awaze Environmental Clean-Up Week is organised annually, and we invite our teams across Europe to join forces and help clean our beaches, tidy the countryside, clear up local parks and so much more.
