Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is an opportunity to take ownership of recruitment for a key part of our business and help build the teams behind great holiday experiences. In this role, you'll combine recruitment, stakeholder partnership, high attention to detail and continuous improvement, with plenty of opportunity to influence how we attract and hire talent at Awaze.
Your mission
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the trusted recruitment partner for the teams that support our homeowners and guests every day. By attracting and hiring the right talent, you'll directly support the people who are at the heart of the NOVASOL/Awaze customer journey.
Working closely with hiring managers across our operational teams, you'll support end-to-end recruitment while delivering an outstanding candidate experience, strengthening our employer brand, and continuously improving the way we hire. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance recruitment delivery, stakeholder support, coordination and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Partner with hiring managers across the operational teams to recruit the people who deliver outstanding experiences for our guests and homeowners
Manage and support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of different roles - from frontline to manager positions
Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of attraction channels and sourcing techniques
Deliver an engaging, efficient and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Coach and support hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring while exploring innovative approaches for hard-to-fill positions
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including campaigns, social media, content creation and recruitment events
Help bring our employer branding initiatives to the next level
Use recruitment systems, data and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure smooth onboarding handovers to create a seamless transition from candidate to employee
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to support hiring managers with hiring plans and workforce priorities
Continuously challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency and candidate experience

We work in a hybrid setup with three office days per week, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays being our shared office days spending time as a team.
