Yes, weekend work is a standard part of our PMS roles, as we provide support to our guests and owners six days a week. You’ll be scheduled to work some weekends as part of your regular shift pattern.
We also operate on most bank holidays. While you may be required to work on some of these days, we provide additional annual leave each year to compensate for this. Your full schedule, including weekend and holiday expectations, will be shared with you in advance.

Our interview process may vary slightly depending on the role and location. In most regions, the process will begin with a short screening call so we can get to know you - this will also give you the opportunity to learn more about Awaze and the role you have applied for.
We may then invite you to an interview with the hiring manager, which can be virtually or in person at the local office. Regardless of the format, the goal is always the same: to get to know you, understand your skills and experience, and give you a clear view of what it’s like to work with us.
