Portfolio Account Manager - Temporary
This role would see you take regional responsibility for a portfolio of parks, whose owners you’ll work closely with to help them maximise performance.
What we do is simple – we send people on holiday, and who doesn’t love that? But we couldn’t do it without our lodge and park owners. This role would see you take regional responsibility for a portfolio of parks, whose owners you’ll work closely with to help them maximise performance, optimise their portfolio, and future-proof their business.
The Role
This role is for the commercially focussed, the quick thinkers and the customer obsessed. On a basic level, you’ll be responsible for working with Hoseasons owners to maximise their commercial and strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Provide administrative and operational support to a portfolio of key Hoseasons owner partnerships, helping to drive revenue growth and commercial performance.
Support regular conversations with owners around performance, pricing, unit mix, pet policies, and features that influence booking demand.
Share insights and performance data to help owners respond to changing consumer trends and maintain competitiveness.
Maintain accurate account records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent owner experience.
Build strong relationships with owners, supporting the retention, growth, and overall success of your portfolio.
Put simply, you’ll support the revenue, retention, administration, and growth of your portfolio of accounts while delivering excellent day-to-day owner support.
Key skills we need
You’ll be joining a passionate team with a real drive to deliver the best experience for our park owners, who are at the heart of everything we do. This role will play an important part in supporting owner relationships, monitoring park performance, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day management of accounts.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident and approachable style.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and supportive approach, working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
A willingness to learn and develop, with an interest in travel and the holiday industry.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is eager to grow, embraces new challenges, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, customer-focused team. If you’re excited by a varied role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’ll give you
This is an opportunity for you to join us at a pivotal point in time as we invest in our future
You’ll be supported by a team of genuine, passionate leaders
We work cross-functionally, so you’ll be given opportunities to develop skills outside of your core skillset.
You’ll be an integral part of a team which delivers great commercial results, and who doesn’t want that?
We offer a competitive salary and great benefits; we’re all about holidays, so we practice what we preach and offer some great travel discounts and a range of other perks.

What to expect from our hiring process
At Awaze, we know that applying for a new role is a big step - so we aim to make our hiring process as clear, respectful, and engaging as possible.
We believe hiring should be a two-way conversation. It’s just as much about you getting to know us, as it is about us learning more about you.
While the exact process can vary depending on the role, here’s what you can generally expect:
-
1. Initial Conversation
We like to keep things relaxed, so we'll usually start with an informal call. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, learn about your background and interests, and give you a better sense of the role and Awaze as a whole.
-
2. Interview Stage
If our initial conversation goes well, we will invite you for an interview. This stage will give us an opportunity to understand your skills and potential, and for you to explore whether Awaze, the culture and the role align with your ambitions.
-
3. Additional Steps
Some roles may involve follow-up interviews, presentations or skills assessments. If that's the case, our team will talk you through every step, so you always know what to expect.
