2025 is shaping up to be a standout year at Awaze and our record-breaking Easter performance set the tone.
We’re proud to share that the first half of the year has delivered strong trading across the business , with Easter 2025 marking our highest-ever booking volumes, even surpassing the peak years of post-COVID demand.
Key highlights so far:
📈 6% growth in Easter booking volumes vs. 2022 (our previous record)
💶 €93 million in Q2 revenue, up 2% year-on-year
🏡 Occupancy up 3%
🔁 51% of revenue now driven by repeat bookings
⚖️ Stable pricing, even in a competitive market
This performance reflects the growing demand for flexible, self-catered travel and the strength of our brands, platforms, and team across Europe. Our continued investment in service is paying off with guest and homeowner satisfaction increasing markedly.
As our CEO Matthew Price perfectly put it:
“Our teams pulled out all the stops to deliver a record Easter this year, putting us on track for a record and blockbuster summer. Customers are telling us they want a more tailored experience, often with more space and flexibility, such as self-catering or pets, than provided by large hotel chains.”
We’re also seeing continued growth in direct bookings and mobile app usage, thanks to ongoing investment in our digital platforms and customer experience.
With a strong H1 behind us and the busiest months of summer well underway, 2025 is on track to be a landmark year for Awaze.
