Awaze has been shortlisted for the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2025 in three categories.

We’re delighted to share that we’ve been nominated for the Best Employer Network, Best Initiative of the Year, and Outstanding Woman in Tech – Lucy Auckland.

Huge congratulations to Lucy Auckland, Product Director – Awaze Platform & Services, who has been shortlisted for an individual award. Lucy’s leadership and drive has been instrumental in shaping our initiatives and reflects the impact she’s made both within our organisation and beyond.

Over the past two years, growing our Women in Tech network has been a strategic priority at Awaze. From school visits and public speaking to charity partnerships, internships, and lunch & learns, we’ve been working hard to empower the next generation of women in tech and strengthen our Women in Tech community Awaze.

The Women in Tech Employer Awards celebrates employers and individuals closing the gender gap in Tech. The awards will take place on Tuesday 11 November 2025, at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London.
